file:// URLs are not much good to us; we don't have access to your hard
disk. :-)
In any case, please report Linux Mint bugs to Linux Mint rather than to
Ubuntu. They're in a better position to debug it, and can forward
problems to us if they do turn out to be common to both distributions.
