Binary package hint: firefox
on herd 5 feisty f11 doesnt work if navigation toolbar is not visible.
to reproduce get rid of all toolbars. have only one tab open and then choose
full screen from view menu. now you have no way of returning to firefox since
f11 doesnt respond.
youll have to alt-tab away and force quit firefox.
