Binary package hint: gnome-codec-install

To reproduce:

1. Perform a clean installation of Lucid Alpha 2

2. Do not run any updates

3. Try to play an mp3 file

Note: the same error occurs regardless of whether internet connection is
established or not

Screenshot of the problem attached.

Possible solution:

Ubuntu should detect that the update was not performed and run it in the
background before searching for codecs.
