Hi edwin, sorry for the delay. If your system hard locks during the download (can't be interrupted with ctrl-c, caps lock led ) then it's probably a problem with your hardware or a kernel driver.
I'm affecting this report to linux. Run the following command from a terminal window (Applications->Accessories->Terminal). It will automatically gather and attach important system information to the bug report. $ ubuntu-bug -p linux -u 497107 Provide as much information as possible in the bug description.
