A simpler and more preferred way to do this is to uninstall Subclipe and
remove the old 1.4.x update site. Add the new update site that the
Subclipse folks say is compatible with the v1.6 JavaHL that 9.10 give
you.

The new update site is:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x

I prefer this over the use of SvnKit because I like to know that the
command line and Eclipse are using the same libraries. So far the new
Subclipse works like a charm.
