Public bug reported:
starting administrative applications as synaptic from the menu no longer
works with today's update. It prompts me for my password, but I have
sudo config with NOPASSWD for my user. It then tells me that my password
is wrong (which it isn't). I can still do sudo or gksudo from the
commandline (without a password as configured).
