Hi Doris,
Can you please provide us with a screenshot (by using the PrtSc as before) of
Rhythmbox showing this "Unknown" when you insert an audio CD, so we know
exactly how to reproduce this problem.
It may well be that rhythmbox is simply not checking the Internet for the track
names and we need to be sure that this is (or is not) the case.
