Binary package hint: rhythmbox
When a new folder is added (inside a folder which is already in the
player's music database), it should be scanned and added automatically.
And not only new folders but also new added files in folder which is
already part of the structure of the player's music database.
Now only 'missing files' are excluded and reported the "Library >
Missing Files".
