Public bug reported:
When using the Software Centre I encountered the attached dialogue
window: "Sorry, the software centre has closed unexpectedly..." but it
was in fact working and visible on the screen.
I had installed an app and the Software Centre was merely open.
I was running Lucid with today's latest updates.
