Ok, that explains the duplicate line. Please either remove the lucid- partner.list file or uncheck one of the partner entries in the 'Other Software' tab in Software Sources. Do you have an idea how this file got created? Did you try to add the partner repository yourself after it got diasabled while upgrading?
