Thank you for taking your time and helping to make Ubuntu better. This is not a
bug in Synaptic but you forgot to add the gpg key for the ppa you added. Please
run
sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com F45E32D195B47D2A
in a terminal to resolve this.
