When I try to boot with the driver I just created, the system hangs after the mouse cursor first appears, in a manner similar to that described in Bug #508456:
At the point at which the system freezes, the initial rotating cursor has appeared, and then has just turned into a pointer. This is slightly different from Bug #508456, in which it freezes about 2 seconds after the rotating cursor appears. Also, that problem hasn't occurred for the standard build of the system for about a week. So this may be a slightly different problem. -- [K8M800] Screen origin shifted to center, screen wraps, ttyN screens don't work, on Averatec 3280 running Lucid with openchrome driver https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/495553 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
