Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: evolution
Really new to Ubuntu _ I find Evolution next to impossible to use. It
'jumps' from side to side. Attempting to resize does nothing. It does
not even come close to a tolerable email client.
This came in the Ubuntu release - and was updated (if at all) via
regular updates.

Display will not fit on monitor. No matter what I try to resize to fit; it
overflows. Any attempt to select with mouse results in screen shift in opposite
direction - and no action as intended.
