The launcher you created seems to be no more valid. Please check if flock is in
the same directory it was when you created the launcher (ie
/home/dexhu/Desktop/DOWNLOADS/flock255/flock/).
Please try to delete and re-create your launcher and comment here if the bug
still happen.
