134 and 135 are still missing, but 136-139 have been added (I've checked
Ubuntu Lucid).

I suppose 134 and 135 have not been added, since they are "historical" maybe.

I'm closing this as Fix Released, according to the Debian bug.

In case I'm wrong, please re-open it (but contact the Debian maintainer,
