The same is for my notebook Toshiba Satellite Pro 4600 with Ubuntu 9.10
(9.04 worked properly).

After resume (either suspend to RAM or suspend to disk) the network is
disabled and can only be enabled again by reboot.

** Description changed:

- My network doesn't come back after resuming from suspend. There is an error 
about not finding firmware.
