If you're getting alignment fault errors in the kernel in parallel with
this, maybe you could dump the instructions at the unhandled fault
address?  i.e., where the kernel log says "not handling instruction
<blah> at [<address>]"

x/i might work better than the disassemble command, but it depends on
the process memory map.
