It has been a long time really. and I have deleted my .kde directory since. This directory included a lot of remainings from previos versions going back to SuSe 5.something. After deleting I had to restore my mail settings and after that I had a clean desktop again. With that the bug vanished and I think I'm no longer able to reproduce the error.
