Public bug reported:
The crash icons appears, but I'm not sure what is the cause, but suspect
it is somehow related to removal of USB MP3 player which was connected
to a Windows XP guest in VirtualBox. I use VirtualBox to copy podcasts
from hard-drive to MP3-player because Nautilus doesn't show metadata
(title, track, etc.) so need to use XP file manager to work out which
files I want to listen to. The MTP-based MP3 player doesn't need
"safely remove hardware" so I just hot-pull it or simulate the same by
unselecting the USB device in VirtualBox - not sure now which method is
causing the crash report. It's virtualbox-3.1, version
3.1.2-56127_Ubuntu_karmic
