Hi,

For me, this bug is following a fresh installation of Ubuntu 9.10 with 
the desktop i386 ISO file. I don't have tweak anything about Python and 
/ or cURL, just tried the UbuntuOne client and it crashed poorly. And a 
complete system update at the date of my previous post don't change 
anything.

Now, I use a custom sync system with rsync and unison on a dedicated 
server...

I think, I can reproduce it in a few days (begeinning of next week for 
example) and try to strace or tcpdump things, explain me what you want 
exactly...
