Hi arnaud, as descirbed before 0. - make sure music-applet is installed and added to panel 1. open rhythmbox in a terminal - which will give you some little debug 2. play a song 3 close rhythmbox (tested again - independend how but do it via GUI) 4. see the output in terminal
