+ 3. Right-click on a file
+ 4. Select "Send to..."
+ 5. In the "Send as" dropdown box, select "Instant Message (Empathy)"

+ Expected behaviour:
+ The "Send to" dropdown box should become active and contain the list of 
Empathy contacts currently connected.

+ Actual behaviour:
