  This is especially the case when there is some flash on the page. Also
  the busy-mouse indicator is often on for minutes seconds after the
  browser were opened up. When selecting a drop-down menu with many items
  (e.g. bookmarks) the horizontal bar does not follow very well, when I
  let the mouse run down over the bookmarks.
  
- Firefox did not run that slow in Ubuntu 3.04, when surfing the same

  I seems like the load on the graphics card/memory is higher than in the
