I saw a similar dialog pop up when I visited http://alioth.debian.org (see screenshot) That is, before I imported the spi certificate authority. When I visited https://alioth.debian.org, I saw the "do you really want to trust this website". However, I just tried deleting the ca.debian.org and spi authorities and then visited http://alioth.debian.org again, and I didn't see the pop up (so I had to create a new user to make the screenshot).
