Yes, I attached some screenshots to show what I mean. When I do 
disconnect the network via the toolbar (red disconnect-button) it 
immediately reconnects (behaves like a */etc/init.d/networking restart* 
command).

I also have no entry in the systems settings for the network (picture 
netwerk4)! It was configured automagically during setup and is working, 
it just can't be disconnected. 

Hope I made myself understood.
