I'm going to mark this "won't fix" for now.
Changing an existing topology in this manner is not something upstream
Eucalyptus is likely to support anytime soon.
We should probably stress the importance of choosing the right topology
for your CLC/Walrus/CC/SC from the start, while you should be able to
add additional NCs and CCs/(SCs) ad nauseum.
