Thank you for submitting your bug report and helping to make Ubuntu better.
The Ubuntu One Team has beenn working hard to fix these few bugs. A fix has
been released for this problem. You can make sure you are running the newer
client by opening a Terminal (Applications > Accesories > Terminal) and running
the following command. After you run the command you will need to restart the
ubuntuone-client.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuone/stable && sudo apt-get update &&
sudo apt-get upgrade
If this is still a problem for you come back here and change the status
of the bug back to 'New' by clicking on the little exclamation point
next to 'Fix released'
