Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in

As noted in the bug 455544, the workaround is to either remove or
rename: ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf. This will reset the
syncdaemon.conf file. For the time being, don't set the bandwidth usage
preference.
