Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: debianutils

I'm running gnome session and in the "Preferred applications" I have
selected Chromium.

I was surprised when a shell script opened epiphany and I was like "How
did it know that I have epiphany and why it didn't just open a new
window in already running Chromium" well it uses sensible-browser.

sensible-browser picks gnome-www-browser which is epiphany.

Imho sensible-browser should do xgd-open URL instead because that opens
my preferred browser - Chromium.
