I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic on my Acer Aspire One 751h but the
internal microphone doesn't work. I tried to use pulseaudio but this
also didn't solve my problem. Only success I had so far: By installing
linux-backports-modules-alsa-2.6.31-18-generic at least I can see some
noise in pavucontrol...I also played with alsamixer, enabled all
channels and set the volume to maximum - still no sound :/
