** Description changed: Binary package hint: pidgin Hi, as described in the title pidgin crashes, when using audio calls over XMPP. This happens with the version of Debian, too, but the Gentoo version of a friend was stable. When crashing pidgin is still running, but the windows won't be redrawn and a normal killall does not work. This is easy to reproduce by trying to calling someone. greetings dgf + update: at my own Debian box with Debian Sid x86_64 this doesn't happen. + This might be a gstreamer problem or similar. + ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Sat Jan 30 16:23:21 2010 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: pidgin 1:2.6.5-2ubuntu1 ProcEnviron: - SHELL=/bin/bash - LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 + SHELL=/bin/bash + LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-12.16-generic SourcePackage: pidgin Uname: Linux 2.6.32-12-generic i686
