we see: ======= Is UML merged in 2.6.9? Yes, it is. The merge happened before 2.6.9-rc2. The UML patches distributed on the official site by Jeff Dike contain, in this case, just experimental features or new patches not yet merged in the vanilla kernel (at least for now).
