Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Summary According to the battery specification
(http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12152_na/12152_na.HTML),
my battery with model number EH767AA has a Watt-hour capacity of 55Wh.
The battery-full-design value as show in gnome-power-statistics,
however, is 22.1Wh.

1. Ubuntu release: 9.10
2. Sorry I don't how to check the gnome-power-manager package version.
3. A correct capacity, 55Wh, is expected to be shown in Power Statistics page.
4. "22.1Wh" is shown instead.
