Thanks for the report, could you get a rhythmbox log ? Please run
rhythmbox as: rhythmbox -D audioscrobbler &> rhythmbox-last.fm.txt ;
reproduce the issue and attach that resulting file to the report.
Also, please try disabling the plugin, re-enable it, then restart
rhythmbox and attempt to enter the password.
