Try the "Set Location" feature to tell Transmission specifically which folder to look for the files in. I even tried using "Set Location" in Transmission and it was set to my username, so I changed it to "Downloads" folder, and selected the option "Local Data Is Already There" and it does the Verifying local data, only to think it's not there... what the fuck? It IS there. Same thing with two other torrents, except they were 100% finished and jumped down to 30% finished mysteriously, and 67% for the other.
