Public bug reported: Binary package hint: findutils
You can find files below a certain file size in find with the "-size" option. However to specify (say) 100 KB, you need to enter "100k", find does not understand "100K", i.e. an upper case K instead of lower case. I think find should be able to recognise upper and lower case k (ie k and K) for kilobytes in the file size.
