I'm having the same problem. Using Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.10 on the Acer Aspire One, the resolution is standard set on max 1024x600. I noticed the problem in a few programs already, Korganizer amongs them when hitting the 'settings-configure korganizer' buttons. If i recall well i used to be able to click alt+leftpad on the other ubuntu version(9.04) but 9.10 stays stuck at the top panel. Resize gets the 'sortof' the buttom up but when you click 'ok' or 'apply' it just jumps away again, no results. Theres go to be a sollution. A fit-screen right click or move?? !!! or what about creating a workspace underneath, may i can click it then...i'll try that! PS: F11 only works in firefox, and alt-tab works but you cant see whether you click ok or cancel...
