Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I created a spreadsheet document and cleared protection of some cells.
Then I protected the document and saved it as a template. Then I
imported the template using the Templates Manager and use it from the
new menu.
When the new document is created, I checked the Tools menu to verify it
is protected, and the checkmark is there, however the document itself
allows me to delete, modify anything, not just the cleared cells.
