novis,
Sorry to hear you are having problems with Ubuntu One. Currently the client
will not connect if 'Limit Bandwidth Usage' is checked and the upload and
download values are set to (0).

To workaround this issue, first check your config file for the sync
daemon at  ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf

If you have bandwidth_throttling enabled (you'll see on = True below the
[bandwidth_throttling] section), please disabled by setting it to False.

To do this, quit the client (right-click on the applet, then Quit), and
edit the config file pointed above so throttling gets disabled. For
example you can use a config like this one:

[bandwidth_throttling]
on = False
read_limit = 0
write_limit = 0

Then, restart the client, It should now stay connected.

In addition I noticed you are using the ubuntuone-client 1.0.2. There is
a newer client (1.0.3) available and incorporates many bug fixes. You
can take advantage of these fixes by following the instructions found in
this FAQ.

https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+faq/930

If this does not solve your issue please come back here and change the
status of your bug from 'incomplete' to 'New'. You can do that by
clicking the yellow circle with the exclamation point next to the status
and selecting 'New'. Also I am subscribing to the bug so i will see any
comments you might leave.

thank you,
