Does this problem occur with all files and applications? If there are
only special files or applications which do not print, please tell which
and attach the files.

Can you run the following commands in a terminal window:

cupsctl FileDevice=yes
lpadmin -p test -E -v file:/tmp/printout /etc/cups/ppd/Drucker.ppd

Now print the same which you did not succeed to print on your printer
but print to the new printer "test". Then run the command

ls -l /tmp/printout

and post the output here. Run

chmod 777 /tmp/printout

and attach /tmp/printout to this bug report.

Run also the command

sudo cat /proc/sys/dev/parport/parport#/autoprobe*

and post the output here.
