There was a issue on one of the server clusters that caused some intermittent 
login failures. it's fixed now, and the U1 team are putting some additional 
monitoring in place to catch this sort of thing before it inconveniences users 
in the future. If you are still experiencing difficulties there are two things 
that you might help.

1. Delete the ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf file and restart the
Ubuntu One client.

2. if you are running Karmic 9.10 check to make sure you are running 
ubuntuone-client 1.0.3 or better. You can check this by typing "dpkg -l 
ubuntuone-client" without the quotes into a Terminal (Applications > Accesories 
> Terminal)  If it says you are running 1.0.2 you can install the newer version 
in the karmic-proposed updates.  See the link below.

After this if you are still having a problem please file a separate bug report 
on your issue. The best way to do that is to right-click on the ubuntu one 
applet in the panel and select 'Report a Problem'
