I can't reproduce this problem on a dual-monitor environment, neither
with the latest version from Git nor 2.28.0-0ubuntu2 from Karmic).
Can you verify if this still happens with 2.28.0-0ubuntu2 or a newer
GNOME Shell version, and maybe provide any additional details (like what
your exact setup is or maybe a screenshot)?
