Thank you for your help.
I have this in my properties file:
### Automatically load driver modules depending on the hardware available
.ifexists module-udev-detect.so
load-module module-udev-detect
.else
### Alternatively use the static hardware detection module (for systems that

load-module module-detect
.endif

But when i launch a locate command on module-udev-detect, i found this :
[70%]-bre...@brette-laptop:~$ locate module-udev-detect.so
/usr/lib/pulse-0.9.19/modules/module-udev-detect.so

My sound works fine with karmic in live CD !!!
It is very strange .
I have upgrading from 9.04.
