Public bug reported:
I am running Lucid, and only the first user's menu can change when I am
installing/removing software, but other user's menus in the system are
always kept unchanged like the state after installation. If you need any
extra information, please let me know.
My system is x86_64 with 2.6.32-12-generic default kernel from the
archive.
