Public bug reported:

I've tried to use controlling mouse pointer by numpad for painting in
graphical editor.

Aufully I've met a problem: I press left mouse button near touchpad,
move the pointer creating a curve, unpress the button and the pointer
suddenly moves to the right and down a little. Strange...

Could you please tell me if it's a feature, not bug. Can I disable it?

Ruslan.
