Move the status back to New since it was changed by an currently
inactivated user that doesn't seem to be working on this bug.
it has been a long while since this bug was reported and Ubuntu has
evolved dramatically since Ubuntu 6.10 Dapper Drake. Can anyone actually
still reproduce this bug?
