Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I have a Toshiba Tecra M9 (although I think the make and model are
irrelevant) and I'm finding that when I close the lid, even with the AC
power plugged in the laptop suspends. This is new for Karmic on this
machine. It's running gnome-power-manager 2.28.1-0ubuntu1.

But TBH, this happens before I log into the desktop even, so maybe it's
not gnome-power-manager related. Or maybe it is. I'm not sure.

** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
