Hi Duane, I just realized that this not seems to be a software bug but works as designed. What happens really is that you always need to "connect" de Ubuntu ONE client, otherwise, it won't replicate the changes.
That's the reason becasue changes in my filesystem from many days ago were not being updated to the web repository, and when I pressed "connect" it had so many files to replicate (1800 aprox) that it took a long time to compare differences and start replicating. That was why I though that was not working. My suggestion is to have the chance to specify an "auto connect" behaviour to Ubuntu ONE client.
