the rfkill button is orange and unchanging regardless of wifi status;
link actually goes down when you press it
the driver is using the wrong gpio configuration for this laptop/card; i
tried hacking at the driver, and i could get it to show the proper
status, but it broke in ways that i'm unprepared to troubleshoot
the atheros drivers for windows include an inf file that controls the
gpio configs on windows for different sub models
Expected: blue status when wifi is enabled, orange when disabled
