Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg
during normal upgrade of the system (either by synaptic or by apt-get)
it shows window which says:
"Incorrect nice value:
Please enter an integer between -20 and 19."
but there is no possibility to do that
only canceling installation is possible - forward button not working
